Today, we specialize in designing and installing custom granite post mailboxes using premium American-made materials. This initial submission is about understanding your needs and ensuring we're the right fit for your project. If not, we will happily provide you with a referral.

STEP TWO

Free Consultation

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule a convenient time to visit your property. During this consultation, we will assess your property, mark the area for DigSafe, and finalize your design.

Need help figuring out what will work best with your home, colors, and curb appeal? No problem. We’ve done this hundreds of times and are happy to provide assistance if the vast array of options become overwhelming.

STEP THREE

Your Installation

Once DigSafe gives us the all-clear, we can schedule a convenient day for your custom project to be installed.

We'll confirm your installation appointment and then arrive on time with all necessary tools, materials, and equipment.

The installation process includes excavation for the post, setting in concrete for proper stability, mailbox mounting, final adjustments, and a complete clean-up of the site.

Timeline: 2-4 hours for standard installation

For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you and any family members maintain a minimum distance of 10 feet from the active work area during installation.

Once installation is complete, we'll walk you through the finished product and answer any final questions.

Yes we provide a five-year warranty on all of our installation work. The warranty focuses on ensuring proper functionality of our products. It does not extend to aesthetic aspects such as scratches, blemishes, or natural wear that does not affect the functionality, including any naturally occurring changes overtime. We are committed to providing top quality products and services. If you experience any issues with the functionality of your mailbox setup, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to address and resolve the issue. We stand behind everything we do and will do whatever we can to make our customers happy.
Contact us immediately. Depending on the type of damage, we can often replace components. We'll assess the situation and recommend the most cost-effective solution.
Although we prefer that you're available for the final walkthrough, you are not required to be present for the installation. We'll coordinate timing that works for your schedule.
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your consultation or installation. Please note that all deposits placed on custom order items are non-refundable.
Yes! We install year-round. While frozen ground can occasionally present challenges, we have equipment to handle most winter conditions. In extreme cases, we may recommend postponing until spring for optimal results.
We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event of damage, we'll make it right immediately — that's our commitment to you.
Absolutely. If you're replacing an existing wooden, vinyl, or metal post mailbox, we'll remove and dispose of it for $20. Existing granite post removal is $75. (If extensive concrete removal is also required, we'll discuss this in advance.)
Payment is due upon completion of installation. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (we do not accept payments from Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp). For larger custom projects, we may require a deposit when ordering materials — this will be discussed during your consultation.
